We’re excited to launch the RA La Liga at the RA Tennis Academy & Club! All tennis players are welcome to join including our active members (free for both Academy & Club), who will face off in group matches, battling for the top spot. 🏆It’s going to be a season full of action, and to top it off, we’ll be throwing an epic party to celebrate! 🎉

About La Liga
Founded in 2024, the RA La Liga, is an exciting and competitive way for all tennis players, regardless of age, skill level, and group to enhance their skills while facing off against others at similar levels. Players are ranked on the ladder and will play all players in their group to move up in the rankings. It promotes friendly competition, good sportsmanship, and continuous improvement in a fun and structured environment. The focus is on skill development, learning the game, and most importantly, enjoying the experience!

Join The League
The RA La Liga is open to anyone who lives in Mallorca and wants to regularly play tennis in a friendly, competitive environment. You can join in at anytime.
League Schedule: Oct 2024 – May 2025
Groups: Kids, Competition+, Men, Women, Pro+
Cost: €25/month for non members / Free for RATAC members
Additional Info: A minimum of 2 games per month will be played.
Groups
Match Instructions
1. Communication: All games will be scheduled and discussed in the La Liga WhatsApp group. Please check regularly for updates and announcements.
2. Equipment: A can of balls will be provided for every match. It is essential that all balls are returned after the game.
3. Score Submission: The final score of each match must be submitted by one of the participating teams. Please ensure scores are reported promptly after the match.
4. Court Maintenance: After each game, please clean the courts and ensure all trash is disposed of properly. This helps maintain a welcoming environment for everyone.
5. Forfeits: Be aware that any team that forfeits a match will incur negative points. Please try to inform others as soon as possible if you cannot attend.
6. Sportsmanship: Remember to have fun! Maintain a positive attitude and enjoy the experience. Let’s create a supportive and friendly atmosphere for all players.
Game Rules – Kids:
Fast4 Best of 3 Sets with 3rd Set Tiebreak:
Best of 3 Fast4 sets is first to win 2 sets. Each set is first to win 4 games. A Fast4 tie-breaker is played to 5 points if each team has won 3 games.
If each team has won a set, the 3rd set will be a Fast4 super tie-breaker. A Fast4 super tie-breaker is the first team to win 5 points.
Game Rules – Comp+, Men, Women, Pro+:
Best of 3 Sets with 3rd Set Tiebreak:
Best of 3 sets is first to win 2 sets.
Each set is first to win 6 or more games with a margin of 2 games. A tie-breaker is played if each team has won 6 games. A player must win at least 7 points in the tiebreaker and must lead by a margin of at least 2 points to win the tiebreak.
The third set a super tiebreak will be played. A player must win 10 points and must lead by a margin of at least 2 points to win the super tiebreak.
